Throughout Europe, 28 participating communities involved in 9 projects combine their strengths and facilitate know-how transfer on a European stage through the framework of the CONCERTO initiative. The spirit of CONCERTO is being realised only with motivation and dedication of the communities for helping to deliver a higher quality for citizens’ lives. Each stakeholder community demonstrates broadly similar objectives, but sometimes uniquely detailed different actions, which contribute to CONCERTO global aims.
